Your breath is life force. This meditation totally recharges you by focusing and directing the breath. It helps move you into your strength. It builds a new system, gives you the capacity and caliber to deal with life, and gives you a direct relationship with your pranic body.
Breath tips – inhale 5 seconds; exhale 5 seconds; work up to holding the breath up to 15 seconds. Continue. Do not strain in holding breath – find the count that works for you.
